The role

At Adecco Granollers, we are looking to hire Commercial Administrators to support the sales team and ensure agile and efficient order management and customer service for a beverage distribution company located in Granollers.

What you'll do

Main duties

Management and processing of customer orders (entry, tracking, and confirmation).

- Telephone and email customer and sales representative support.

- Resolution of incidents related to deliveries, orders, and invoicing.

- Administrative support for the sales team.

- Preparation of reports and updating of databases.

- Fluid communication with clients to guarantee quality service.

How you'll work

Schedule - Monday to Friday

- Mornings: 08:00 to 13:30

Requirements

Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles (preferably in the distribution or consumer goods sector).

Proficient in office tools (Excel, ERP, email).

Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and customer focus.

Communication and teamwork skills.
