Requirements

What we're looking for

Previous experience in similar tasks, preferably in industrial environments or water treatment plants.

Vocational training in a technical specialty (mechanics, electricity, maintenance, or similar).

Experience operating forklifts.

Knowledge of quality and food safety regulations (IFS).

Knowledge of handling chemical products and environmental management.

Ability to perform basic checks and verify measuring equipment such as pH meters and oximeters.

Responsible, organized person with the ability to resolve operational incidents.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Working hours from 8 AM to 4 PM, but when covering for the wastewater treatment plant operator, from 7 AM to 3 PM or from 6 AM to 2 PM.

The role

Professional responsible for controlling and supervising the daily operation of the wastewater treatment plant, ensuring that all equipment and facilities work correctly and that the treated water meets quality standards and environmental regulations.

Among its main functions are the inspection and cleaning of equipment, control of treatment processes, collection and recording of water quality data, as well as detection and reporting of possible breakdowns or incidents. It also performs periodic checks to ensure the proper functioning of the plant and collaborates on tasks related to waste management and facility maintenance.

In addition, it is responsible for monitoring the water entering and leaving the plant, controlling the levels of reagents required for the process, and supporting the collection of samples for analysis. Its objective is to ensure the continuity of the treatment process, minimize incidents, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
