Requirements

What we're looking for

-Vocational training (FP) at intermediate or higher level in Graphic Printing, Mechanics, Electromechanics, or similar.

-Minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial manufacturing lines.

-Ability to work in production environments and perform basic technical adjustments on machinery.

- Availability to work rotating shifts.

-Own vehicle to get to the workplace.

Nice to have

-We value knowledge of electromechanics, industrial electricity, or machinery maintenance.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

- Permanent contract.

-Full-time position, 40 hours per week.

-Monday to Friday schedule in rotating shifts: 06:00 to 14:00 / 14:00 to 22:00.

-Weekends and holidays off.

-Initial category according to the collective agreement, with performance reviews and professional progression based on evolution and knowledge acquired.

The role

At Adecco Selección, we are looking for a Flexography Operator to join a leading company in the packaging and container manufacturing sector, located in Santa Lucía de Tirajana.

You will be part of the production team, working on the napkin manufacturing line and taking responsibility for the flexographic printing processes.

What you'll do

Functions:

-Handling and supervision of flexographic printing machinery.

-Preparation and mounting of printing plates, inks, and materials necessary for production.

-Control of printing quality, ensuring compliance with established standards.

-Adjustment and parameterization of machinery according to manufacturing orders.

-Detection and resolution of basic operational issues.

-Feeding the production line by loading reels.

-Performing format changes and supporting basic maintenance tasks.

-Compliance with quality, safety, and production procedures.
