Requirements

What we're looking for

-Training in Mechanical Manufacturing, Machining, or similar, although we will also value profiles with practical experience in the sector.

-Previous experience with CNC machinery, whether with lathes, milling machines, machining centers, or turn-milling machines.

-Knowledge of blueprint reading.

-Own vehicle to commute to the workplace in Miñano.

Nice to have

-Experience with Heidenhain controls specifically is valued, or Fanuc and/or Siemens.

-Experience in machine setup and adjustment is valued.

-Interest in learning, evolving professionally, and taking on new technical challenges.

-Full-time working day in two shifts: morning (06:00-14:00) and afternoon (14:00-22:00), and depending on the exact position, also night shift.

At Adecco Selección, we are looking to hire several machining professionals to join on a permanent basis a consolidated industrial company located in the Miñano Technology Park, specialized in the manufacture of high-precision mechanical components for demanding sectors such as aerospace, aeronautics, energy, naval, mining, and machine tools.

This is a stable, growing project with a clear commitment to people, technology, and internal promotion.

What you'll do

Depending on your experience and professional background, you will be able to join different machining areas:

-Preparation, adjustment, and setup of CNC lathes, milling machines, machining centers, or turn-milling machines.

- Interpretation of blueprints and technical documentation.

-Modification and adjustment of CNC programming parameters.

-Manufacture of high-precision parts, both single units and short to medium series.

-Basic maintenance of the workstation and machinery, and monitoring of the production process.

How you'll work

-Availability to work rotating shifts and the possibility of working the night shift in the future.
