In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a fundamental part of the production process, ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards. What you'll do

The role includes operating grinding machines to remove excess material, adjusting exact tolerances, and quality control using high-precision instruments. Additionally, you will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings and ensuring that each piece meets the established requirements. All of this in a rotating work environment that will allow you to develop your skills across different shifts.

The duties of the role include

Operate grinding machines to achieve high-precision finishes.
Grind gears to ensure their perfect profile for optimal performance.
Interpret technical drawings and verify dimensional and geometric tolerances.
Adjust parameters on CNC machines to ensure product quality.
Perform quality control using instruments such as micrometers and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Collaborate with the team to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
Ensure the correct handling and storage of finished parts.
