Project Manager

• You will work Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00h, enjoying all weekends off. Additionally, you will have 23 days of vacation and 5 days of personal business.
• You will have a fixed salary + a variable salary.

If you are passionate about people management and direct customer service, in this project as a temporary Project Manager at a logistics level in San Fernando de Henares, for Adecco Outsourcing, specifically for Eurocen, you will have the opportunity to lead teams, manage services, and work day by day on the satisfaction of our customers.

The main mission is to ensure the correct design, implementation, and execution of services, maintaining the quality levels and compliance agreed upon with the client without deviating from the organization's work procedure, and ensuring the profitability of the branch.

• Guarantee the adequacy of the technical proposal for the budgeted services.
• Organization and planning of service plans.
• Perform the necessary commercial management for the clients under your responsibility.
• Ensure the existence of the fundamental processes for the performance of a service: SOP, manual, type of reporting, stock management, client follow-up, service balance, improvement plans...
• Analysis of the MBs resulting from each service, generally on a monthly basis and, for services with variables, on a daily basis.
• Analysis of the operating account and establishment of action plans, if necessary, together with your team.
• Individualized monitoring of the activity of each person responsible for the service.
