Requirements
What we're looking for
- Approximately 3 years of experience in the operational side of the Dock or in transport project management associated with the dock area.
- Experience in direct team management.
- An expert in the processes and tools linked to Dock activity (Infoquai)
- High availability to travel to work centers depending on ongoing projects (3 days a week)
- Bachelor's Degree / Higher Engineering Degree.
- High capacity for adaptation / change management and collaboration with others,
- Analytical reasoning, initiative, pedagogy, situational awareness
- Rigor, decision-making, influence and impact, results orientation
Nice to have
- A good level in data analysis IT tools (Excel, Power BI, Infomanager) is valued.
- Proficiency in French is valued

STEF is looking for a senior project manager for dock activities, to join the Operations Management TASK FORCE team.
What you'll do
We are creating a permanent "task force" team for the entire STEF Spain perimeter. Your mission as an expert in dock activity is to participate in projects managed by this team within the Operations Management department, with a special focus on on-site support for the continuous improvement of operations.
- Lead external growth integration projects, which include training and support during operational launches
- Support local teams in unforeseen situations that require particular effort, such as: creation of new Stef agencies or new dossiers, strikes, inclement weather, high saturation...
- Perform internal diagnostics and audits in order to seek areas for improvement.
- Lead action plans, accompanying operational teams through the daily processes and procedures of the delegation.
