The role

Join an environment where innovation, safety, and operational excellence make the difference. We are looking for a Chemical Plant Supervisor who wants to grow in a dynamic environment and contribute to the development of more efficient and sustainable processes.

What you'll do

-Maintenance and repair of rotating equipment (centrifugal pumps, reciprocating and screw compressors).

-Shaft alignment and replacement of couplings.

-Maintenance of valves and pressurized piping.

-Interpretation of mechanical drawings and P&ID diagrams.

Requirements

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 3 to 5 years as an industrial maintenance mechanic in continuous process plants (preferably in the chemical, petrochemical, or industrial gases sector).

TRAINING

-Advanced Vocational Training Cycle (FPII) in Industrial Equipment Maintenance, Industrial Mechatronics, or Conventional Automotive/Mechanics.

-Forklift Operator

-Work at Height: Valid certification for work with fall risk.

-Confined Spaces: Training for work inside equipment (reactors, boilers, tanks).

-Preventive Resource (basic 50h or 60h): Highly recommended for supervising contractors on site.
