The selected profile will be responsible for ensuring the optimal condition of equipment during their shift to guarantee the quality of the final product and meet production targets. Their duties will range from preventive maintenance of facilities to machinery commissioning projects, management of spare parts inventory, and fault diagnosis. · Maintenance and Operability: Ensure the optimal functioning of all equipment and tools during the assigned shift to guarantee the quality of the final product.
· Preventive Maintenance: Carry out preventive maintenance tasks on both general facilities and specific production machinery.
· Diagnosis and Repair: Identify, diagnose, and resolve faults (or potential failures) in a logical, methodical, and effective manner to minimize downtime.
· Projects and Commissioning: Provide technical support for the acquisition of new machinery and lead the commissioning of equipment, including the upgrade of old machinery.
· Resource Management: Organize and manage the spare parts inventory in coordination with the team to ensure the availability of materials.
· Operational Collaboration: Work closely with the operations department to achieve established production targets.
· Safety and Regulations: Strictly apply production processes, sector best practices, and health and safety regulations.
· Excellence at Work: Maintain a responsible approach to materials and tools, demonstrating commitment, autonomy, and motivation for continuous learning.
· Academic Background: CFGM or CFGS in electromechanics, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
· Experience: Minimum 5 years of prior experience in maintenance within the industrial sector (food sector mandatory; experience in food or pharmaceutical sectors highly valued).
· Technical Knowledge: Solid foundation in industrial mechanics, with practical knowledge of electricity and pneumatics.
· Languages: Fluent Spanish and English at a technical level.
· Availability: Flexibility to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
· Mobility: Own vehicle to commute to the workplace.
· Skills: Resourceful person with great autonomy and resilience, organized, and committed to teamwork.
· Attitude: Proactive approach, quick response to incidents, and motivation for continuous learning in high-paced production environments.
