What you'll do

FUNCTIONS
- Lead the comprehensive management of the plant, ensuring the fulfillment of operational, economic, quality, safety, and sustainability objectives, guaranteeing an efficient operation aligned with the company's strategy.
- Coordinate the Production, Maintenance, Quality, Laboratory, Logistics, and Administration areas, promoting collaboration between departments and optimizing the use of available resources.
- Guarantee compliance with production plans, the plant's operational capacity, and commitments made to customers, supervising the inflow and outflow of raw materials and finished products.
- Drive the continuous improvement of production processes through indicator analysis, the identification of optimization opportunities, and the implementation of initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and minimizing waste.
- Ensure the availability, reliability, and correct functioning of facilities and production equipment, participating in the definition of maintenance strategies and driving industrial investment and improvement projects.
