The role

Would you like to feel calmer, manage your emotions better and face everyday challenges with greater confidence?

From Fundación Adecco we invite you to take part in this practical Mindfulness and Emotional Wellbeing workshop, where you will learn simple, useful tools to improve your personal wellbeing and strengthen your job search process.

What you'll do

What will you work on during the workshop?

Managing stress and worries better.

Looking after your emotional wellbeing.

Developing mindfulness and concentration.

Facing difficulties with greater resilience.

Boosting your self-confidence.

Building supportive connections with other people.

Who is it for?

People with a disability certificate who wish to improve their emotional wellbeing, build personal confidence and gain practical tools to face the challenges of daily life and job seeking with greater confidence.

Why take part?

A space to share experiences, learn new strategies and acquire tools that you can apply both in your daily life and in your job search process.

What are we looking for?

- Have availability on the dates (from October 5 to 28) and the established schedule for the training (from 10:00 to 12:00, two days a week).

- Commitment to participation and completion of the course.

People with disabilities: It will be necessary to hold an official Disability Certificate of 33% or higher issued by the competent public body.
