We are launching the 10th edition of the IMPACT#core program (formerly IMPACT#cero) and we are looking for people eager to learn and grow professionally in the digital field.

Fundación GoodJob works on the labor insertion of people with disabilities in the technology sector. We have been doing this for ten editions with a program that evolves alongside those who join: IMPACT#core involves four weeks of intensive, free, and online training to acquire the fundamental digital competencies that open the door to employment in the tech sector.

Those who complete the program access the next level of the IMPACT itinerary: IMPACT#include, the specialization in cybersecurity with which many of our alumni work today in companies in Madrid, Barcelona, Santander, Valladolid, Valencia, Zaragoza and other cities.

What IMPACT#CORE consists of
• FREE and ONLINE job training, with live classes from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 15:00
• Duration: 4 weeks
• Contents: digital competence, computational language and applied artificial intelligence
• Support from JOB COACHES during the labor insertion process
• Access to the cybersecurity specialization itinerary: IMPACT#include
• Network of collaborating companies of the Foundation where together we can find employment opportunities

You do not need experience or previous training in technology. You need availability, interest and a computer with an internet connection.

PLANNED START DATE FOR IMPACT#CORE: SEPTEMBER 2026

• Disability certificate equal to or greater than 33% and/or total permanent disability
• Unemployment status
• Availability to complete the full itinerary: IMPACT#core + IMPACT#include
• Availability from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 15:00, plus autonomous study
• Own computer with sufficient power and an internet connection
