Do you have experience leading teams in industrial environments? At Adecco, we are looking for a Production Team Leader to join the plant located in Vitoria-Gasteiz for our client Benteler, a company characterized by its high level of automation, innovation, and constant technological evolution.
You will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and ensuring compliance with the production plan, following the guidelines of the line manager and guaranteeing quality, cost, and deadlines.
Lead the production team on shift, ensuring daily objectives (Daily Kaizen).
Supervise production: quality, quantity, planning, and costs.
Ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards (with authority to stop production).
Manage operational meetings and KPIs (PDCA, visual management).
Detect and correct deviations (PDCA, PPS, Quick A3).
Coordinate with Maintenance, Logistics, and Quality.
Train and develop the team, driving continuous improvement.
Participate in optimization projects, waste reduction, and energy efficiency.
Ensure process standardization and improvements.
What we are looking for:
Education: FP II / CFGS or equivalent experience (valuable in Production, Quality, or Organization).
Experience: minimum 2 years leading teams in industry (ideally automotive).
Knowledge of OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, IATF16949.
Proficiency in MS Office and SAP (user level).
Languages: Spanish (English is a plus).
Skills: leadership, organization, and problem-solving.
