As Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating operational missions on the ground, managing personnel, and ensuring the correct development of the relationship with the client.

• Define the necessary staff to carry out the mission, ensure the deployment of said staff in the missions, and organize the workstations.
• Perform job audits in accordance with the Quality Management System, analyze them, and apply appropriate corrective actions.
• Implement preventive and corrective actions in order to improve process performance.
• Ensure the use of conformity control, traceability, and quality monitoring documents.
• Procurement: In coordination with the purchasing department, order personal protective equipment (PPE) and office supplies; manage the stock of available material.
• Provide technical and specific support to your team during missions.
• Ensure the training of your personnel and the implementation and application of work procedures and instructions.
• Raise awareness within your team regarding company regulations and regulations relating to occupational health and safety.
• Prepare work areas and guarantee the ergonomics of the workstations.
• Communicate information linked to competition and commercial prospecting to your manager.
• Inform the Site Manager of the status of the missions and any incidents that have arisen. As well as internal and external suggestions received from the client.
• Ensure that personnel are informed and trained in Health and Safety processes in their specific work areas, as well as the company's equality policies.
• Ensure and audit the environmental objectives set at the workplace, as well as promote environmental best practices defined by the company among the team members.
