Randstad is managing, for ALIER S.A., a leading company and benchmark in industrial sustainability, the recruitment of a Team Leader for its new gypsum board recycling plant at the Recycling Technology Park in Zaragoza.
As Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Operations Management: Ensuring the operational continuity of the production line and supervising operations in the field, detecting and correcting anomalies.
-Team Leadership: Direct, coordinate, and motivate the team, distributing tasks and resources according to the production schedule.
-Critical Decision Making: Detect incidents and make immediate decisions in the face of deviations, and even stop the line when necessary for safety, scrap, or unresolved failures.
-Quality and Continuous Improvement: Control and validate production records, and participate actively in the search for root causes and the implementation of operational improvements.
- Shift Administration: Preparing and submitting the end-of-shift report, and managing schedules, absences, and the organization of replacements.
