About the role

We are looking for an HR Administration and Payroll Technician in Barcelona. Do you have experience in labor management and payroll and want to be part of a dynamic environment? This opportunity is for you!

What will your mission be?You will join the HR Administration department, managing all processes related to payroll and labor management comprehensively.

What you'll do

Main duties- Management of registrations, terminations, and modifications in the General Treasury of Social Security (TGSS), the National Employment Institute (INEM), and mutual insurance companies.

  • Preparation of employment contracts.
  • Management of affiliation and contributions to Social Security.
  • Preparation of payrolls.
  • Calculation and regularization of personal income tax (IRPF).
  • Application of collective bargaining agreements.
  • Calculation of arrears and incidents.
  • Use of platforms: RED System, Cont@, Delta, Certific@.
