Gym Receptionist

- Customer service and advisory for members and potential clients.

- Acquisition of new subscribers from within the center.

- Management of sign-ups, cancellations, and renewals.

- Customer loyalty and follow-up.

- Administrative management and use of the gym management software.

- Resolution of doubts and incidents and support in the daily operations of the reception.

- Customer-oriented profile with communication skills.

- Commercial attitude and ability to detect sales opportunities.

- Interest in the sports and wellness sector.

- Basic IT knowledge (Word, Excel, and management tools).

- Dynamic, organized person with initiative.

At Adecco Selección, we are collaborating with a major gym group in Mallorca to search for a Commercial Receptionist, a key position to offer an excellent experience to members and contribute to the center's growth.

What will your duties be?

- Atención y asesoramiento a socios y potenciales clientes.

- Captación de nuevos abonados desde el propio centro.

- Gestión de altas, bajas y renovaciones.

- Fidelización y seguimiento de clientes.

- Gestión administrativo/a y manejo del programa de gestión del gimnasio.

- Resolución de dudas e incidencias y apoyo en la operativa diaria de la recepción.

- Perfil orientado al cliente y con habilidades comunicativas.

- Actitud comercial y capacidad para detectar oportunidades de venta.

- Interés por el sector deportivo y el bienestar.

- Conocimientos básicos de informática (Word, Excel y herramientas de gestión).

- Persona dinámica, organizada y con iniciativa.

- Incorporación a un sólido grupo de gimnasios en pleno crecimiento.

- Contrato estable y proyecto con continuidad.

- Salario bruto anual de 18.000 € distribuidos en 12 pagas.

- Jornada completa de 40 horas semanales.

- Turnos rotativos que permiten una planificación variada de la jornada.

- Formación inicial y acompañamiento para facilitar tu integración.
