The role

We are looking for a salesperson for the customer service sector in a company located in the south of Tenerife, specifically in Arona. This position is performed on-site and features part-time employment of 25 hours per week in the afternoon shift.

What you'll do

-attend to and advise customers, offering them the best possible experience while helping them find solutions adapted to their needs.

-Acquire and prospect new customers to expand the commercial portfolio.

-Maintain and build loyalty with existing customers through continuous follow-up.

-Identify customer needs and offer suitable products or services.

-Perform in-person, telephone, or virtual commercial visits.

-Prepare and present offers, budgets, and commercial proposals.

-Negotiate prices, sales conditions, and contracts within established margins.

-Close sales operations and achieve the commercial objectives set by the company.

-Manage orders and coordinate their correct processing with other departments.

-Perform after-sales follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
