The role

Are you passionate about customer service? Are you looking for a job you can combine with other activities? If so, this position is for you. A major sportswear company is looking for people like you to join their team. You will be able to demonstrate your customer service skills, helping and advising people who visit the store in search of the best products.

What you'll do

Functions:

- Customer service.

- Store maintenance

- Teamwork.

- Delegating to other colleagues, working across departments, and performing other tasks as required.

- Representing the brand in the most professional manner possible at all times.

- Helping to receive and organize merchandise arriving at the store.

What are we looking for?

- Communication skills.

- Ability to work in a team.

- Adaptability to the store environment: Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with a constant flow of customers, continuous movement, and the noise level typical of a high-traffic store.

- People orientation: Empathetic attitude and a vocation for service, with the goal of offering close and positive attention to every customer.

- Experience and availability.

People with disabilities: It will be necessary to hold an official Disability Certificate of 33% or higher issued by the competent public body.
