🔍 We are looking for a Programmatic Specialist Junior who is eager to contribute and continue growing in the digital media ecosystem, especially in programmatic buying, audience activation, and campaign optimization.
The ideal person will have an analytical mindset, a results-oriented attitude, and curiosity about how AdTech platforms and digital performance work.
Management and optimization of programmatic campaigns on DSPs (DV360, TTD, Amazon DSP, Criteo, Taboola, Teads, and others).
Daily monitoring of KPIs: CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Attention, etc.
Creating reports and analyzing results for clients and internal teams.
Coordinating with Social, SEM, Affiliate, Organic, Retail, and Analytics teams.
Implementing and reviewing tracking, pixels, and audiences.
Supporting full-funnel and omnichannel strategies.
Identifying opportunities for improvement and continuous optimization.
Keeping up with trends in the programmatic and AdTech ecosystem.
