Lead the integral management of procurement and contracting of supplies, services, and construction companies within a highly complex industrial project, ensuring compliance with technical, economic, and planning objectives.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Define and develop the procurement and contracting strategy for the project.
Manage procurement processes for service packages, equipment supply, and the contracting of construction and installation companies.
Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers, contractors, and service companies, preparing shortlists of top-tier providers.
Coordinate procurement activities with the engineering teams of the civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and piping disciplines.
Manage procurement processes in projects developed under Fast Track methodology, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines and objectives.
Prepare, issue, and follow up on requests for quotation, as well as technically and economically analyze the proposals received.
Negotiate commercial and contractual conditions with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
Manage contracts, perform economic monitoring, and control Change Orders during all phases of the project.
