Professional Agents Manager - Central Zone

• Who has at least three years of successful experience in recruiting insurance agents, managing commercial networks in the insurance sector, and retaining them.
• Proven experience in selling Health and Life insurance, in individual and SME/corporate business, acquiring clients, and closing sales.
• Organizational skills, adaptability to change, leadership, people development, and results orientation.
• A demanding yet flexible and innovative professional, who gets involved in new Channel projects, and can easily adapt to new ways of working.

• User-level proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Knowledge of other tools (CRM, reporting, etc.) is highly valued.

• A professional with higher education in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
