Pricing Analyst

• Experience in insurance companies, at least 2 years
• Programming knowledge in different languages/software (Python, Power BI, Akur8, Emblem, R...)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Additional training in Data Science, generative AI, Machine Learning and predictive modeling techniques will be valued.

The Pricing team has experts in the field who will complement your own expertise and help you grow and evolve your profile. However, your experience in GLM models and the necessary technological tools to manage them will be valued.

• Actuary, preferably, or graduate in Exact Sciences or Statistics

As a Pricing Analyst at Aegon, your main role will be to perform the following tasks:

• Maintenance of renewal and pricing models
• Backtesting of renewal and pricing models
• Pricing of new products
• Statistical and actuarial analysis for the development and improvement of pricing methods
• Support to commercial areas in conducting analysis of zones, profiles, commissions or calculations for incentives
