What you'll do

As a Health Pricing Technical Analyst, your main role will be to carry out the following tasks:

· Maintenance and updating of predictive models used in the renewal of health portfolios (claims and lapses).

· Technical management of the monthly health portfolio renewal process, including profitability analysis, definition of premium update proposals, and evaluation of different renewal scenarios.

· Participation in the design and launch of new health products, preparing feasibility analyses, profitability estimates, and pricing proposals.

· Preparation and maintenance of technical and governance documentation associated with pricing models, methodologies, and practices, including pricing reports, technical notes, and documentation required by the Group.

· Monitoring and analysis of renewal and pricing model predictions (backtesting).

· Statistical and actuarial analysis for the development and improvement of pricing methods.

· Conducting profitability analyses and monitoring technical indicators to identify opportunities for improvement in portfolio, products, and customer segments.

· Execution of the full analytical cycle: data extraction and processing, building indicators, and drawing conclusions to propose business actions.

· Support to the marketing area by providing key variables for the definition of retention actions.

· Support to commercial areas in conducting analyses of zones, profiles, commissions, or calculations for incentives.

· Collaboration with Business, Commercial, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Risk areas, providing analysis and recommendations for decision-making.

· Participation in automation initiatives, process improvement, and analytical transformation, including migrating developments from SAS to Python.
