• Provide support to the team in the management and monitoring of processes related to the contracting and administration of policies, acquiring a practical view of the insurance business.

• Collaborate in the extraction, processing, and analysis of data to facilitate activity monitoring and contribute to efficient workload management.

• Participate in the review and documentation of operational processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and standardization.

• Support automation initiatives through Artificial Intelligence and Copilot tools, contributing to the optimization of recurring tasks and improving the efficiency of the area.

• Collaborate in information controls and validations, guaranteeing data quality and the correct functioning of processes.

• Student of a Degree or Vocational Training in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related degrees.

• Interest in process improvement, automation, and the application of new technologies in business environments.

• Good command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.

• Analytical capacity, attention to detail, and ease of working with data and structured information.

• Proactive, organized person with a desire to learn in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
