The ideal candidate should have:

1. Extensive knowledge of fire protection installations in demanding environments, including the incorporation of client, insurer, and authority requirements.

2. Extensive knowledge of fire protection regulations at the national (Spain) and international level (NFPA) applied to industrial and building projects (large tertiary sector).

3. Experience in designing fire protection systems: water systems, foam systems, fire mains (hydrants, hoses, sprinklers, etc.).

4. Experience in designing detection and alarm systems: conventional systems, analog systems, aspiration detection, flame detection systems, among others.

5. Knowledge of passive fire protection, definition of compartmentation, evacuation routes and strategies.

We are looking for professionals with a technical profile, project management skills, and a focus on quality and regulatory compliance, interested in participating in highly demanding technical projects.

• 3 years in the sector or in technical project management roles.
• Previous experience in the design of fire protection installations.

1. Valuable knowledge of smoke extraction systems, fire modeling, fire load calculation, and design of smoke extraction strategies.

2. Valuable experience in on-site implementation and legalization of installations, including procedures with authorities, clients, and insurers.

• Experience in airports or transport infrastructure.

At AERTEC we are looking to hire an Engineer with experience in facilities design, with a special focus on fire protection systems, to participate in projects within the field of building and civil engineering.

The tasks to be performed will be:

1. Management of installation projects in the field of building and civil works.

2. Design and development of facilities, especially fire protection systems.

3. Supervision of installations during the construction phase to ensure their correct execution in accordance with plans and technical specifications.

4. Identification and resolution of issues related to fire protection and sanitation installations.

5. Ensuring compliance with current regulations applicable to installations.
