What we're looking for

Required training, Higher Vocational Training cycle in related degrees.

Demonstrable experience in the position of at least 5 years.

Upper-intermediate level of Excel and experience with ERP management systems.

Knowledge of Quality for the proper management of the Production department.

High capacity for organization and information management, accustomed to changes in planning.

Skills for team management in production environments.

Accustomed to high Quality standards and compliance with procedures.

An orderly person, accustomed to detailed control of everything linked to their department.

High capacity for communication and coordination with other departments. Regular use of email for the correct follow-up of production activity and the proper management of incidents.

The role

AgioGlobal TT is selecting for an important company located in Ciempozuelos dedicated to the manufacture and assembly of electrical components for the wind sector, a Supervisor - Production Manager in workshop for wiring assemblies for wind turbines.

What you'll do

Management and supervision of the production process and the personnel of the team under their charge.

Control of assigned planning, production times, and incident management.

Ensuring compliance with established procedures and Quality standards.

Coordination with the Quality, Engineering, and Logistics departments for the proper production flow.

Ensuring compliance with regulations for the assigned personnel.

General control of the facilities and equipment of the Production department.

Evaluation of the personnel under their charge.
