What we're looking for

Experience:

More than 2 years as a shift supervisor or coordinator (highly valued in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or high-demand process industries).

Minimum 3 years of experience in continuous process industrial environments.

Education:

Completed primary education (Intermediate Vocational Training in the industrial, chemical, or related fields is highly desirable).

Valuable complementary training: GMP regulations, Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL), forklift license/handling, and a basic level of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Skills:

Leadership, results orientation, thoroughness, and agility.

Availability to work rotating shifts (24/7 operation), including weekends.

What you'll do

Reporting directly to the Production Technician / Technical Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct development of operations during your shift:

Coordination and leadership: Direct, motivate, and organize the team of operators assigned to your production shift.

Operational assurance: Ensure strict compliance with established procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Interdepartmental collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration with other departments and external engineering/contractors to optimize operational efficiency.

Process control: Supervise the workflow in a continuous process environment, ensuring the achievement of set objectives.
