Requirements

What we're looking for

University degree in Business Administration, Law, Economics, or related fields.
Previous experience in areas related to administrative management, claims, business analysis, supplier negotiation, insurance, or corporate environments.
Interest in developing a specialization in corporate insurance and risk management and motivation to build a long-term career in this field.
Analytical skills and attention to detail when working with information, indicators, and contractual documentation.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a team and interact with different internal and external stakeholders.
English level C1-C2 for communication in international contexts.
Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel.

The role

You will be part of a team specialized in aviation insurance and risk management, participating from the start of your career in the management of insurance programs for a leading company in the aviation sector. What you'll do

Support the management of the company's insurance programs, contributing to the proper protection of corporate and operational risks, collaborating in the analysis, monitoring, and resolution of incidents, and participating in the relationship with insurers and other strategic partners.

Collaborating in the management and monitoring of the company's global insurance program.
Participating in the identification and analysis of risks related to business activities.
Providing support in the review of policies, coverages, and insurance terms.
Collaborating in the management and monitoring of claims and losses together with insurers, brokers, and various internal departments.
Participating in policy renewal and procurement processes.
Supporting the analysis of costs, loss ratios, and management indicators.
Preparing reports and documentation related to insurance programs.
Collaborating with various business areas on inquiries related to insurance and risk management.
Participating in projects to improve and optimize processes within the area.

How you'll work

You will work at our offices in Llucmajor (Mallorca).
Working hours from Monday to Friday with a flexible schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
