Local Operations Manager (Temporary)

Managing the planning, control and management of the branch's operations, ensuring its proper functioning through logistics control, control of patient equipment maintenance, control of stock and warehouse, management of the vehicle fleet, control of technological equipment assigned to care staff or installers, and supervision of compliance with procedures and safety regulations by the staff under their charge.

To do so, your duties will be:
• Plan, control and manage the branch's operations, ensuring its proper functioning.
• Guarantee the quality of service provided to the branch's patients, in coordination with all process stakeholders at the branch level.
• Coordinate the activities carried out by home routes, consultations (Inspira Points) and telephone reviews.
• Stock, warehouse and storeroom management.
• Management of the branch's vehicle fleet.
• Assistance in coordinating the centre's administrative activity carried out by the Regional Operations Manager or the Branch Director.
• Provide and make available the necessary material for patient care.
• Monitoring and management of reports and KPIs.
• Compliance with the rules for using work tools.
• Supervision of compliance with safety regulations and work procedures by the staff under their charge.

THIS WILL BE A TEMPORARY POSITION

Education: you will be the right candidate if you hold a university degree and/or higher-level vocational training (a certificate will be required)

Experience: accredited experience in team management is important (team of more than 5 people)

Other skills: good ability to adapt to change, commitment to internal/external clients and leadership skills

Valuable: focus on continuous improvement, Lean methodologies.

Gestionando la planificación, control y gestión de las operaciones de la delegación, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento de la misma mediante el control de la logística, el control del mantenimiento de los equipos de los pacientes, el control de los stocks y del almacén, la gestión de la flota de los vehículos, el control de los equipos tecnológicos cedidos a personal asistencial o instaladores, y la supervisión del cumplimiento de los procedimientos y de las normas de seguridad por parte del personal asignado a su cargo.

Para ello, tus funciones serán:
• Planificar, controlar y gestionar las operaciones de la delegación, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento de la misma.
• Garantizar la calidad de servicio prestado a los/las pacientes de la delegación, en coordinación con todos los actores del proceso a nivel de la delegación.
• Coordinar las actividades realizadas por las rutas a domicilio, las consultas (Puntos Inspira) y las revisiones telefónicas.
• Gestión de stocks, almacenes y almacenes
• Gestión flota de vehículos de la delegación.
• Ayuda en la coordinación de la actividad administrativa del centro que realiza el/la Responsable de Operaciones Regional o el/la Director/a de delegación.
• Facilitar y disponer del material necesario para la atención de los pacientes.
• Seguimiento y gestión de informes y KPIs.
• Cumplimiento de las normas de uso de las herramientas de trabajo.
• Supervisión del cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y procedimientos de trabajo del personal a su cargo.

SERÁ UNA POSICIÓN TEMPORAL

Estudios: serás el candidato/a si tienes titulación universitaria y/o FP grado superior (se pediré titulo)

Experiencia: es importante experiencia acreditada en gestión de equipos (equipo de más de 5 personas)

Otras competencias: buena capacidad de adaptación al cambio, compromiso cliente interno/externo y habilidades de liderazgo

Valorable: enfoque en mejora continua, metodologías Lean.
