What you'll do

Perform maintenance of industrial, laboratory, medicinal, and therapeutic gas installations at client sites, applying safety, quality, environmental, and IMS standards, and providing customer service according to Air Liquide group procedures.

Ensure continuous supply safely through preventive and corrective interventions, including 24-hour service if applicable.

1. OPERATE INSTALLATIONS ACCORDING TO CONTRACTUAL REQUIREMENTS, OPERATIONAL OBJECTIVES, DEADLINES, AND MANAGEMENT

- Optimal and safe operation of installations to achieve defined objectives.
- Compliance with contractual requirements where applicable: Organize, supervise, and control one's own work
- Execute the preventive and corrective maintenance plan for the installation in accordance with defined maintenance plans.
- Compliance with operational procedures of the Activity.
- Propose corrective actions in case of detected deviations.
- Use of spare parts stock as per Activity guidelines.
- Diagnosis, communication, and repair of faults.
- Carry out interfaces with internal and external clients professionally and with appropriate sensitivity.
- Connection of conditioned gas containers at distribution and reserve centers
- Supply and delivery of conditioned gases and liquids on site
- Execution of supply source installations (tanks, compressors, gas cylinder centers,...)
- Execution of installations for the distribution of medicinal, industrial, or laboratory gases (piping)
- Basic interventions for replacing therapeutic gas equipment and others
- If applicable, copper and stainless steel pipe welding work.
- Select containers. Prepare orders. Record production information in the corresponding systems.
- Drive the forklift, handle cylinders, load and unload trucks. Perform stock counts.

2. COMPLIANCE WITH LEGAL REQUIREMENTS AND GROUP POLICIES REGARDING SAFETY, QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT, SYSTEMS, PROCESSES, AND OBJECTIVES

- Compliance with external and internal regulations of the group regarding Safety, Quality, Environment, and IMS.
- Identify and implement innovations and initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction.
- Ensure traceability of interventions carried out at installations in accordance with defined policies.
- Compliance with procedures applicable to the Activity.
- Identification of improvement and efficiency initiatives in processes.

3. SUPPORT AND COORDINATION WITH OTHER ACTIVITIES

- Participation in 24-hour service distributed in on-call shifts and with availability for travel.
- Support to technical teams of other Activities or other geographical areas.
- Identification and communication of new Business opportunities.
- Technical support to the commercial team.
