What you'll do

What we offer:

  • Interact with end users and super users in the Air Liquide Home HealthCare organization (mostly Field Service users, or others when needed) to understand their business requirements, throughout a variety of countries;

  • Develop solution proposals to address requirements based on standard or customized functionality in Salesforce platform, and within its complex legacy environment;

  • Work with outsourced resources for projects/enhancements when required;

  • Communicate with other Salesforce administrators and developers to ensure solutions proposed are aligned with global templates or differences understood and approved;

  • Provide system administration support for all Air Liquide HealthCare Salesforce.com instances.

What we're looking for

What we expect from you:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related work experience or a Master's degree in field with 6+ years of related work experience (software development and 5+ years of Salesforce application development);

  • Mandatory Salesforce Field Service Expertise: Advanced, proven knowledge in Salesforce Field Service (SFS) is required (formerly listed as a plus). You must have deep, hands-on expertise in Core Salesforce, mastery of the SFS scheduling engine, and extensive experience deploying and customizing the FS App;

  • Technical & Performance Mastery: Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript, with a rigorous capability to optimize platform performance at scale;

  • End-to-End Business Processes: Profound understanding and practical execution of real-world end-to-end business processes. You must be adept at designing architectures that seamlessly connect supply chain management, customer field service, and invoicing;

  • Complex Integrations: Proven track record of architectural design for enterprise systems, specifically focusing on integration with ERPs within complex legacy environments;

  • Certifications: Salesforce Developer, Administrator are foundational requirements. Service and Field Service Certification are preferable to have;

  • Core Traits: Self-motivated and creative, with verbal and written proficiency in English. Experience developing customer-facing user interfaces is nice-to-have. Good understanding of the Salesforce Platform and knowledge of the other clouds at stake (such as Marketing Cloud) is a strong plus.

It would be a plus if you also are:

  • Action-oriented and committed to always delivering on promises;

  • Able to demonstrate leadership, strong points of view, business acumen, and an understanding of complex global businesses and the challenges this brings;
