KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS;

Carry out tasks within the Product Area, including creating the technical documentation accompanying the products, receiving and subsequently analyzing them according to technical specifications, and working with the R&D department on the final refinement of the company's products. Additionally, you will participate in creating and delivering product training to internal clients.

  • Create technical documentation (technical datasheets, user manuals, installation manuals, troubleshooting guides, FAQs, etc.).
  • Deliver technical training to internal clients.
  • Develop product training content.
  • Receive and analyze products according to technical documentation.
  • Resolve any questions or doubts related to the products that arise within the sales network.
  • Verify that product functionality aligns with the technical documentation and, if necessary, request improvements or changes based on identified issues.
  • Collaborate with the R&D Department in refining products and resolving any potential defects found.

QUALIFICATIONS / SPECIFIC TRAINING

  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and home automation is desirable.

  • Technical knowledge of the products is desirable.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

  • Preferably 1 year of experience in a similar position
