Functions and tasks:
· Administrative management of orders, delivery notes, and purchase invoices
· Entry and maintenance of order data in the company's ERP system
· Tracking order status and controlling delivery deadlines
· Claims to suppliers for delays or incidents in supplies
· Management and filing of administrative documentation associated with purchases
· Requesting and collecting compliance documentation from suppliers: technical data sheets, safety data sheets (SDS/FDS), declarations of conformity, and product certificates
· Requesting, tracking, and filing REACH declarations from suppliers (SVHCs, restrictions under Annex XVII, authorizations under Annex XIV)
· Requesting, tracking, and filing RoHS declarations from suppliers (compliance with Directive 2011/65/EU and its amendments)
· Maintenance and updating of the register of substances and suppliers in the internal compliance system.
· Communication with suppliers to resolve administrative and regulatory compliance queries.
· Support in managing non-conformities arising from documentary or product non-compliance.
· Collaboration with the quality, logistics, and technical departments to ensure the availability of updated documentation.
· Warehouse stock management and review of item parameters in the system.
