• Manage individual and group reservations through different channels.

• Handle phone and email inquiries effectively and in a personalized manner.

• Provide information about rates, promotions, services, and hotel facilities.

• Maximize sales opportunities by applying upselling and cross-selling techniques.

• Coordinate with different departments to ensure an excellent experience.

• Update and properly maintain information in management systems.

• Resolve issues and requests with a focus on guest satisfaction.

• Previous experience in reservations, hotel reception, or customer service.

• High level of Spanish and English. Other languages will be valued.

• Proficiency with computer tools and hotel management systems, Opera Cloud.

• Organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Communication skills, customer orientation, and results-driven mindset.

• Positive attitude, proactivity, and team spirit.

• Gestionar reservas individuales y de grupos a través de diferentes canales.

• Atender consultas telefónicas y por correo electrónico de manera eficaz y personalizada.

• Informar sobre tarifas, promociones, servicios e instalaciones del hotel.

• Maximizar oportunidades de venta aplicando técnicas de upselling y cross-selling.

• Coordinarse con los diferentes departamentos para garantizar una experiencia excelente.

• Actualizar y mantener correctamente la información en los sistemas de gestión.

• Resolver incidencias y solicitudes con orientación a la satisfacción de las personas huéspedes.

• Experiencia previa en reservas, recepción hotelera o atención al cliente.

• Nivel alto de español e inglés. Se valorarán otros idiomas.

• Manejo de herramientas informáticas y sistemas de gestión hotelera, Opera Cloud.

• Capacidad organizativa y atención al detalle.

• Habilidades de comunicación, orientación al cliente y a resultados.

• Actitud positiva, proactividad y espíritu de trabajo en Equipo.
