We are looking for a Reservations Agent at our offices in Chantada.

• Customer service and advice.
• Coordination with the reception desk and other hotel departments.
• Managing cancellations, no-shows, and modifications.
• Overseeing prepayments and credit card authorizations.
• Handling travel agency commissions.
• Preparing quotes and customized budgets.
• Monitoring market segmentation and ensuring accurate billing according to the hotel's commercial agreements.
• Processing and managing reservations.

• A degree in Tourism or a related field.
• Advanced level of English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in a hotel reservations department.

Buscamos a un/a Agente de Reservas en nuestras oficinas en Chantada.

• Atención y asesoramiento al cliente.
• Coordinación con recepción y otros departamentos del hotel.
• Control de cancelaciones, no-shows y modificaciones.
• Supervisión de prepagos y autorizaciones de tarjetas de crédito.
• Gestión de comisiones de agencias.
• Elaboración de cotizaciones y presupuestos personalizados.
• Control de la segmentación y correcta facturación según acuerdos comerciales del hotel.
• Gestión y procesamiento de reservas.
