What we're looking for

We would love to meet you if you feel passion for commerce, food, and people, and if you have:

Preferably a Degree in Computer Science or similar, depending on the experience provided for the position.
Solid experience as a project manager, at least 5 years, in analysis, design, and development of J2EE applications with Relational Databases.
Advanced English level (C1). French is a plus.
Experience in the Retail sector, preferably with provisioning systems.
Previous experience leading teams at both internal and external levels is required.

Technical Knowledge:

Experience in analysis, design, and development of management applications in J2EE, JBoss/Tomcat, Eclipse, Maven, Frameworks environments.
Advanced knowledge of design, development, and optimization with Relational Databases (Oracle, DB2, Postgres..)
Knowledge of agile development methodology, project management, as well as use of tools (JIRA)
Knowledge of DBT/HOP/WSO2, Lilferay, and AS400 is valued.

Experience (at least 3 years):

Technical: design, development, testing, implementation of applications
Management: coordination of projects with internal and external teams (partners), use of agile methodologies and tools
Functional: Knowledge of the company's business processes, communication with end users

The role

Your mission will be to take responsibility (at a technical level) for new developments and provide support for existing ones, leading the team in project development and performing application maintenance.

Your main tasks, among others, will be:

Actively participate in the development of projects as a manager or as part of the team, depending on its size and characteristics, involving yourself in the analysis, development, and implementation of the solution.
Coordinate the development team assigned to the project.
Provide different technical solutions.
Prepare technical documentation for the projects.
Support relationships with users for the definition and implementation of projects.
Be responsible for the delivery of assigned work within the planned timeframe, costs, and quality; executing it personally or piloting (ensuring its follow-up) the participation of other people, internal or external.
Work towards evolution to other technical and functional environments progressively. Maintain assigned applications, acting as a technical specialist in the applications already developed for the resolution of incidents or problems.
