The role

We are looking for an IT Innovation and Projects Manager (PMO) in the Business Services sector in Madrid. The candidate will be responsible for leading technological projects and managing all development phases.

Spanish professional services and financial advisory company.
The person will report to the Director of Transformation and Innovation.

What you'll do

The IT Innovation and Projects Manager (PMO), reporting to their director, will:

Lead the management of technological projects from planning to delivery.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with deadlines and objectives.
Supervise the implementation of IT solutions according to business requirements.
Analyze risks and propose strategies to mitigate them.
Collaborate with different areas to optimize internal processes.
Guarantee the quality and functionality of the delivered projects.
Report progress and results to management.
Manage budgets assigned to projects.

The IT Innovation and Projects Manager (PMO) must meet the following requirements:

University degree.
Previous experience in technological project management, preferably in regulated environments.
Knowledge of agile and traditional project management methodologies.
