• Know the store stock and perform parameterization to ensure the correct
  maintenance of shelves and endcaps, placing merchandise orders and performing
  the reception of said goods according to established procedures.
• Place supply orders.
• Ensure the proper functioning of Checkouts and their flow.
• Perform necessary administrative tasks (e.g., customer invoices, returns management).
• Ensure the proper use of the resources made available to the store (facilities,
  machinery, etc.).
• Prepare and carry out inventories together with the Direct Manager and the team.
• Manage losses and alerts.
• Perform the opening and/or closing of the store (according to your shift).
• Approach, welcome, assist, and inform regarding the demands and preferences of customers
  applying the Welcome model established by Alcampo.
• Listen to, understand, and identify the needs and irritants of customers and inform your
  manager of their requests.
• Maintain the good condition of the sales floor. Apply management criteria and best practices.
• Ensure the existence and clarity of information through signage, wayfinding,
  displays, promotional ambiance, etc.
• Use mandatory PPE, as well as maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the uniform.
