The role

Coordinate, supervise, and manage the center and its associated staff, in order to promote the autonomy, dignity, and well-being of the people being received, as well as the correct fulfillment of the objectives of the Program developed therein. Reporting directly to the Territorial Intervention Manager of the Reception and Humanitarian Action areas.

What you'll do

  • Direct, supervise, and manage the staff associated with the center, as well as coordinate the team's work sessions to allow for the achievement of the center's purposes, generating the necessary protocols for this.
  • Supervise the coexistence of the people being received, both regarding conflict mediation and, while ensuring the functioning of the center, by promoting measures that foster an adequate climate of coexistence and participation of the users (facilitation of assemblies, suggestion boxes, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with the center's health, environmental, and occupational risk quality regulations, as well as the municipal and regional regulations applicable to it.
  • Prepare reports, memoirs, improvement proposals, protocols, and documentation necessary for the management of the service in coordination with the Territorial Manager of the area.
  • Perform monitoring of administrative tasks, economic management, and the assigned budget, necessary for the adequate execution of the Program, together with the center's technical team.
  • Review the management of logistical tasks (purchases, replenishments, inventory monitoring, insurance, suppliers) when necessary
  • Support the technical team in the social intervention for the people being received who reside in the center.
  • Represent the center in institutional relations with third parties at a local level. Accompany external visits to the center, presenting the center to people and the Administration when required.
  • Dynamize and lead institutional relations in the municipality, as well as coordinate the center's community strategy in collaboration with municipal resources and local networks.
  • Guarantee that the team of people under their charge updates the users' data daily in the CEARNET application and other Organization databases.
  • Coordinate, together with the Delegation's Participation and Advocacy area, the monitoring of the center's volunteer team.
