🛠 Position: Industrial Building Site Manager

At Aldesa, every day you will have the opportunity to learn, innovate, and overcome challenges. We are looking for an Industrial Building Site Manager to join our team on the New Tram of Camp de Tarragona – Vila-seca Operational Center Project.

📋 Your responsibilities:

• Organize and supervise industrial building works on a daily basis, ensuring execution quality and compliance with the schedule, construction procedures, and Occupational Risk Prevention measures.

• Supervise the correct execution of structures, enclosures, roofs, facades, masonry, and finishes

🎯 Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Building Site Manager in industrial warehouses, logistics centers, or technical buildings.

• Mastery of construction processes and interpretation of blueprints, with training in Occupational Risk Prevention for the construction sector.

🛠 Posición: Encargado/a de Edificación Industrial

En Aldesa, cada día tendrás la oportunidad para aprender, innovar y superar retos. Estamos buscando un/a Encargado/a de Edificación Industrial para unirse a nuestro equipo en el Proyecto Centro Operativo del Nuevo Tranvía del Camp de Tarragona – Vila-seca.

📋 Tus responsabilidades:

• Organizar y supervisar diariamente los trabajos de edificación industrial, garantizando la calidad de ejecución y el cumplimiento de la planificación, procedimientos constructivos y medidas de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.

• Supervisar la correcta ejecución de estructuras, cerramientos, cubiertas, fachadas, albañilería y acabados

🎯 Requisitos:

• Experiencia previa como Encargado/a de Edificación en naves industriales, centros logísticos o edificación técnica.

• Dominio de procesos constructivos e interpretación de planos, con formación en PRL del sector de la construcción.
