What we're looking for

Higher Vocational Training or University Degree in Digital Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Computer Science, or related fields.
Previous experience of at least 2 years in digital content management, digital platforms, digital marketing, or similar roles.
General knowledge of content management tools and digital environments.
English level B1 or higher.

The role

Guarantee the correct management and updating of the Marketing & Communication digital platforms, ensuring the availability, quality, and correct publication of digital content and assets across the company's various channels.

What you'll do

Manage and keep digital content and assets up to date across the different platforms within the Marketing & Communication area.
Publish and update campaigns, promotions, and digital content following the established planning.
Ensure the quality, consistency, and updating of the information published across the various digital channels.
Collaborate with the Marketing, Communication, and other company teams to guarantee the correct execution of digital initiatives.
Provide support in the management of digital platforms and perform incident tracking, coordinating their resolution with the involved teams.
Execute functional tests (QA) and verify the correct functioning of the platforms following releases, updates, or operational changes.
Detect, register, report, and track technical, functional, or content incidents, coordinating their resolution with the corresponding teams (internal/external, local/international).
Participate in the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and digital platforms.
Keep documentation and procedures related to the platforms under your responsibility up to date.
