Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational Training or equivalent studies in Administration, Marketing, Business Management, or related areas.
1 to 2 years of previous experience in administrative, operational support, or information management positions.
Advanced level of Microsoft Excel and regular use of the Office suite.
English level B1.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Attention to detail and quality orientation.
Proactivity and learning ability.

Nice to have

Experience working with digital asset management platforms (PIM, DAM, or similar) will be valued.

The role

Provide operational and administrative support to the Samples Operations & Digital Assets area, ensuring the correct management of samples, product images, and information in systems, as well as the monitoring of established processes and deadlines.

What you'll do

Manage the requests, receipt, shipment, and tracking of product samples for various Marketing and Communication initiatives.
Coordinate the logistics associated with samples, ensuring their correct delivery to the corresponding teams and locations.
Perform the monitoring and control of information related to samples, digital assets, and area projects.
Manage, review, and maintain updated images, documentation, and other digital assets on corporate platforms.
Perform tasks involving the uploading, updating, and validation of information in internal systems, guaranteeing data quality and consistency.
Provide support in the management and maintenance of documentation, files, and tracking tools for the area.
Detect and communicate incidents related to samples, images, or product information, performing the corresponding follow-up.
Collaborate in the preparation and operational coordination of shootings and other initiatives linked to content generation.
Work in a coordinated manner with internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the correct development of processes.
