Communication and Digital Marketing Specialist

• Valid Type B driver's license in Spain
• Availability to travel within the autonomous community
• From 1 month to 4 years of experience in the implementation/use of digital tools for small businesses (experience with employment contract)
• From 1 month to 4 years of experience in digital marketing strategies and online advertising campaign management (experience with employment contract)
• From 1 month to 4 years of experience in the use of Artificial Intelligence applied to commerce (experience with employment contract)
• From 1 month to 4 years of experience in the preparation of training content (experience with employment contract)

• Accredited training in Digital Marketing or Communication, different from the required university degree
• Experience with employment contract in the use of management tools such as AirTable to carry out workflow management between advisors and businesses
• Practical knowledge in digital marketing tools, web analytics, online reputation management, content creation, email marketing, and CRM (for example, Google Business, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, Tag manager, Search Console, Mailchimp, Brevo, among others).

• Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree (MECES level 2) (degree officially recognized in Spain or certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) in one of the following specialties:

Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in performing engineering, consulting, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 2 Associates or Graduates in Communication, Journalism, Commerce, Advertising or Marketing to perform Communication and Digital Marketing tasks for retail trade in the Principality of Asturias in Oviedo.

• Evaluate the technological needs and current level of digitalization of businesses
• Identify areas for improvement and define growth opportunities through digital solutions.
• Design personalized plans for the digitalization of commercial processes
• Design strategies to increase the digital presence of businesses on social networks, search engines, and e-commerce platforms
• Preparation and execution of communication plans and dissemination campaigns.
• Accompany the implementation of improvements and support businesses in training using simple language and a pedagogical approach.
• Manage relationships with media outlets.
• Produce content for dissemination on the web, social networks, and media outlets, related to the advisory program for businesses.

• We offer:
  - Fixed-term contract of approximately 09 months, with the option of extension if appropriate and respecting the maximum duration limits established in the current labor legislation for each contractual modality. The type and duration of the contract will depend on the reason for hiring, the project, and the circumstances of the selected person/s.
  - Full-time.
