Marketing Specialist for the German Market

• 3–5 years in digital marketing
• Familiarity with acquisition metrics (CAC, conversion, ROAS or equivalents)
• Analytical capacity to interpret data and make decisions.
• Residency in Madrid or availability to relocate

At this moment, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist for the German market to join our team

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You will be responsible for driving growth in the German market, combining execution, analysis, and business vision. You will be responsible for boosting customer acquisition in the German market through content generation, analysis of results across different channels, and the proposal of new initiatives to capture the maximum number of users in the market and provide sustainable growth.

You will work very closely with the marketing and business teams to understand what drives growth in the market and translate it into concrete actions.

1. Activation and growth of the German market

• You will execute and coordinate the marketing strategy in Germany with a focus on customer acquisition.
• You will identify which channels, messages, and approaches work best in the market and prioritize their development.
• You will participate in defining growth initiatives with a direct impact on acquisition.

3. Analysis and decision making

• You will monitor key KPIs for the German market (CAC, conversion, traffic, revenue)
• You will detect what works and what does not in terms of acquisition
• You will translate data into clear recommendations to improve market performance.

4. Connecting the German market with the rest of the business

• You will work with marketing, product, and operations to adapt the global proposal to the German market.
• You will detect market frictions and transform them into product or communication improvements.
• You will be the internal reference for German consumer behavior.

5. Managing Marketing for the German market 

• You will work on acquisition channels such as content, social media, influencers, and digital campaigns, with a focus on generating real growth in customers and revenue.
• You will lead user acquisition, leading the main channels and supporting yourself with the experts we already have in Spain.
