Requirements

What we're looking for

University degree in Engineering, Business Administration and Management, Economics, or similar.
Experience in management and development of sales teams.
Experience working with indicators and data analysis using Excel and/or PowerBI.
Ability to train, influence, and support operational teams and middle management.
High orientation to Results.
Availability to travel regularly throughout the national territory.
Fluency in Spanish is essential.
Minimum English level B2.

The role

What you'll do

Guarantee the achievement of the commercial, operational, and economic objectives of the region through the analysis of indicators and the implementation of action plans.
Ensure operational excellence and the correct execution of processes in stores, promoting standardization and continuous improvement.
Develop and support the Area Managers, driving their performance, autonomy, and professional development.
Advise the Area Manager on decisions related to the sales teams.
Define, deploy, and monitor the objectives of the areas and stores within their scope of responsibility.
Collaborate with the Managing Director in the analysis of activity and in decision-making related to the business, the organization, and the people.
Guarantee efficient management of resources, costs, and organizational structures to maximize business profitability.
Coordinate the implementation of corporate projects and initiatives, monitoring their execution.
Promote cross-functional collaboration and the implementation of best practices within the company.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and the legal obligations applicable to their scope of responsibility.
