HR Intern with Disability Certificate

Desired requirements:

-Disability certificate of 33% or higher.

-Currently pursuing studies related to human resources and employee management (Labor

Relations, ADE, law, or similar, and/or Master's in HR/IR.

-English level: First Certificate (B2).

-It is essential to be able to sign a cooperation agreement with the

university.

Your main responsibilities will be:

-Management and resolution of issues regarding hiring and social security: registrations,

terminations, cancellations, modifications, etc.

-Absenteeism management: monitoring of sick leaves, paid leave, unpaid leave

 Planning and sending mass mailing campaigns with news and communications for adhered producers.

-Employee support on all kinds of matters (absences, medical leave, payroll,

social benefits, etc.).

-Support in conducting exit interviews and managing severance payments for

employees.

-Administrative management in supporting and implementing HR policies.
