What you'll do

Lead the strategy, evolution, and global roadmap of HR Technology/HRIS, ensuring its alignment with business needs and international standardization.
Guarantee the quality, governance, and integration of HR data and systems with the rest of the corporate platforms.
Lead digital transformation, automation, and Artificial Intelligence projects applied to HR.
Design and optimize HR processes, identifying opportunities for simplification and improvement of the employee experience.
Coordinate the implementation of new solutions, modules, and integrations, ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality.
Manage the relationship with IT, HR, technological partners, and external consultancies.
