HR Administration Intern

• Be currently studying a degree related to Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or similar, or a specialized Master's degree in HR/Labor Relations.

• A collaboration agreement with a university or study centre is required.

• Interest in labor management and personnel administration.
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation and Social Security.
• Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel.
• Interest in professionally developing in the field of People Operations.

• Provide support in managing and resolving issues related to hiring and Social Security (registrations, terminations, modifications, cancellations, etc.).

• Collaborate in monitoring and managing absenteeism: temporary disabilities, paid and unpaid leave, among others.

• Address inquiries and provide support to employees on matters related to absences, sick leave, payroll, and social benefits.

• Participate in managing exit interviews and the administrative processes associated with terminations.

• Support the implementation and monitoring of policies, procedures, and initiatives in the Human Resources area.

• Collaborate on administrative tasks related to personnel management and labor documentation.

For our HR Operations team at our Sant Cugat office, we are looking for a student who wants to carry out curricular or extracurricular internships and develop in the field of labor management and personnel administration within an international environment.

You will have the opportunity to learn firsthand about the key processes that accompany the employee life cycle, collaborating with different professionals and participating in initiatives related to labor administration, employee well-being, and Human Resources policies.
