The intern who becomes part of our ALDIA team will receive personalized training at a national and international level during their internship, with the possibility of joining the permanent staff once it has been successfully completed.
What will you do?
The main functions will be the following:
· Recruitment, attraction, selection, and talent retention
· Active searching for engineering profiles
· Posting job offers on different employment portals
· Updating the company's internal database
· Telephone, Skype, or in-person interviews
· Personalized attention to each candidate if required during the process
· Follow-up of candidates throughout the entire selection process
· Support for the internal and external communication of the HR department
· Start date: Immediate.
· Schedule: Full-time
· Possibility of an internship agreement with a University
· Contract type: 6-month internship agreement (full time) + permanent contract.
· Remuneration: €400 gross/month fixed + €400 gross/month variable + €200 upon joining.
